The emergency services programs of MBHC operate under the philosophy that with proper and timely intervention, including assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, medication and short-term hospitalization and other adjunct services, an individual's level of functioning can be improved to where it existed prior to the occurrence of the crisis.
